On Saturday May 15, from 2:00 to 4 pm,
the Morgan Arts Council hosts a
“Fairy Habitat Workshop.”

This is a great opportunity for children and adults to stretch their imaginations, and enjoy the fresh air. The workshop is free of charge and will be held in the Ice House Cultural Park. Rain date will be May 16, same time.

Using all natural materials such as bark, branches, tree stumps, rocks, pebbles, and even dried beans, participants will build tiny homes for the fairies that we imagine will be here to see the Bringing in the May exhibit currently showing at the Ice House gallery. Many of them will stay on for the Faerie Garden Party, scheduled for the following Saturday. Who knows, maybe they’ll stay for good!

The Morgan Arts Council’s Ice House is located on the corner of Mercer and Independence Streets in downtown Berkeley Springs, WV. For information, call (304)258-2300 or visit the Morgan Arts Council at www.macicehouse.org.
